House Rules

We're so excited to share our beloved beach house with you! Please be sure to treat it with the love and care you would your own home.

• No parties or large gatherings are permitted at Lucky's Lookout. No unregistered guests or visitors without owner approval.
• Any police activity at the home will result in the eviction of guests and cancellation of booking with no refunds. No exceptions.
• Smoking is permitted outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM, please be respectful of the neighbors!
• Parking is designated to the driveway only, maximum of 6 total vehicles. Do not park in the grass.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 people, including children. Exceeding the occupancy limit is grounds for eviction with no refund.
• Booking initiator must be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests at the property. No third party bookings.
• Guest is responsible for any damages to the property that occur during the stay.
